Quality Control
1. We have a strict spliter system for raw material vendors , only those
who can guarantee raw metarial quality , and could provide quality
certifications could supply for us , and we have signed long-terms
cooperation agreement , from source to keep a safe and stable raw
material supply ,
• 2.Our IQC system has another proteciton channel for raw material ,
for ensure all raw material are safe and stable and available .
• 3. Only with IQC supervisor 's signature , then will allow raw material
• would be sent to production lines.
4. Our QC team will have an carefully check under production , from the
density control , tempreture adjustment , injection volume ,foaming
time ,valcanizing density, dimensions&color confirmation , packing method and
quantity counting in each carton . avoiding any fault occur under production.
5.After all quantity finished , and then would be stored in our warehouse
before shipment , Our QC manager would be have another random checking
6 for finished products , only the results is pass ,QC manager will put signature on documents , and then hand in to salesman -sales manager -boss , after all signatures were in document , then the werehouse will arrange release on the shipment day .
